Let routine follow-ups run themselves.

Draw an automation on a canvas: pick what starts it, then chain what should happen next. A lead reaches Qualified, a teammate gets a task, the customer gets an email.

What you can do

  • A visual builder: add steps, drag to connect them, edit each one on the side
  • Trigger: a lead or deal moves to a stage you choose (or any stage)
  • Actions: assign a follow-up task to a teammate, or send an email from the record
  • Off until an admin turns it on; every run is logged on the record and in the automation's history
  • Emails go out in the creator's name and count toward the workspace's sending limits

Good to know

  • Today there is one trigger and two actions; more are planned.
  • The visual editor needs a tablet or computer. On a phone you can read an automation's steps.
