Each record keeps typed core columns for speed and reporting, plus a validated document for the fields only your business has. Add fields and whole record types in the schema studio, then bring in what you already have from a spreadsheet.
What you can do

- Required flags and validation, enforced on every save
- Every change is a new schema version, so existing records stay valid
- .csv, .tsv and .txt imports up to 10 MB or 20,000 rows, with a visual column mapper
- Every row is checked before anything is saved; re-importing updates matching codes instead of duplicating
