Workspaces are separate
Your workspace comes from your signed-in session, never from the browser, and every query is filtered by it. Another company's data can't appear in yours.
Roles, enforced on the server
Viewer, member, admin and owner. Permissions are checked on the server for every action, so hiding a button is never the only protection.
A history for every record
Each record has an audit log of what changed and who changed it, plus the source it was imported from. A team feed shows recent changes across the workspace.
Careful sign-in
Passwords are stored salted and hashed. Password-reset and invitation links are single-use, reset links expire after an hour, and resetting your password signs you out everywhere.
Safe automation
Automations are off until an admin switches them on, every run is logged, and emails are subject to per-person and per-workspace sending limits.
Payments stay with Stripe
Card details are entered with Stripe and never reach our servers.
Hosting
The application runs on Vercel (functions in Frankfurt) with a managed PostgreSQL database from Neon. Traffic is encrypted in transit.
